New Parishioner Registration

Welcome! We are grateful to have you as a new parishioner.

If you'd like to register at St. Peter Chanel, you have several easy options. Simply ask a member of the clergy or welcoming committee for help after Mass and they'll give you a Welcome Packet, which contains our New Parishioner Registration Form, as well as other helpful information about our parish. You can also visit the Parish Office Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Saturday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., and Sunday between 8:00 a.m .and 1:00 p.m. and register there, or you can download the New Parishioner Registration Form and return it to the Parish Office. Your information will be forwarded to Mary Ann Plachta who will call you to set up an appointment to come by St. Peter Chanel for a tour of the campus and to get acquainted with our parish and our many ministries.
