Middle Schoolers who attend Catholic School or Home Schooled students are invited to attend but are asked to email us at klockhart@stpeterchanel.org so that we know to expect you. We must have health information on any youth attending these events but not registered for PSR.
Permission Slip Policy: We must have a Medical Release on file for every person under the age of 21 left in our care. For everyone registered for PSR, that information is on file. If your child attends an event but is not registered for PSR, please complete the Medical Release form found under the Forms and Calendars tab.
