Preschool, Elementary, Middle School and High School Catechists
Teachers of our PSR sessions are refferred to as "catechists". The word catechist has its roots in the very early Church. In the time of St. Augustine, it took the meaning of "to echo". Catechists are committed to four principles: To proclaim the mysteries of faith, to foster community, to encourage worship and prayer and to motivate service to to others.
The Director of Religious Education and PSR Coordinators provide curriculum materials, syllabus and resource support.
