
I am probably the loudest person in the room. If you can’t hear me it is either because I am not talking or you are hard of hearing. I am passionate about God, my family and Florida State football and in that order (although it can get our of whack at times during football season). Breakfast is the best food especially for dinner. I have a Ph.D in learning to build, fix or replace things from YouTube. I truly believe that God doesn’t call the qualified he qualifies the called. |

Her favorite quote is by Mother Teresa: "If you can’t feed 100 people then feed just one." Suzanne is also a recent convert. She says: "I’m a middle aged convert who misunderstood so much about the Catholic faith for a LONG time. When the veil was finally lifted and I started logically researching all my misconceptions, I just fell in love. And found peace I had never known. I promise, there’s NO question you can ask me that I’ll think is silly because I’ve asked them all myself. I LOVE curious minds and I am one too!"

In 7th grade while walking to school and talking with a friend, Jeff decided that he would be either a Computer Programmer or Psychologist. Turns out as a Technology Leader at Home Depot, he gets to do both. His favorite quote is from St. Jerome: "Good, better, best. Never let it rest. Until your food is better and your better is best." On a food note, Jeff also likes grilling, smoking and cooking - reading books on the saints, Chicago Bears and Georgia Bulldogs football, and Star Wars.

Joel loves the idea of living with JOY - Jesus, Others and then Yourself, in that order. His favorite humans are his family and he want to see them live their lives with JOY and get to heaven!! He also loves to explore all things - food, places and experiences. He enjoys being creative, wood working, being outside, and gardening with the help of his chickens.

Monica's favorite flower is a Red Carnation and Therese of Liseux is her Confirmation saint. Her quote " Without love, deeds, even the most brilliant, count as nothing," motivates Monica's life. She is an ER nurse and health nut who loves to be outside and with friends. Every October, she and mom dress up the family cat, Teddy, for Halloween. She cannot wait to meet all the members of SPC Life Teen.

Kaitlyn loves playing and watching soccer! In her spare time, she likes to workout, read, enjoy good food, and hang out with friends. Her favorite breakfast food is an omelette packed with veggies! And a side of sourdough, of course. If she were patron saint of something, it would be late arrivals and having a sweet tooth!

DD likes singing, baseball and teaching the faith. He got to combine the two when he took his Queen of Angels choir to sing at Truist Park. He loves technology but his pet peeve: unclear signs. If you buy him breakfast, get him the eggs and sausage.

Travis is grateful to be a member of St. Peter Chanel. He says that we have a beautiful Church, filled with wonderful people, that helps him feel closer to God each time he visits. He desire that for everyone.

Sara loves Jesus, family, and running. She even won a 5K for her age group this year. She is a pediatric anesthesia PA and says: "God gave me 2 boys to raise, and I love them dearly. I’m over the moon that He’s now trusting me with some precious teen girls hearts ♥️ |

Amanda loves date nights with her husband, morning coffee, and chocolate covered anything! She converted to Catholicism in her 20's and we're awfully lucky to have her. Her kids never argue with her because she was a lawyer before being a full time mom and they can never win.

If Daniel were a saint, he would be the patron of volunteering. His favorite scripture is: "As for me and my house we will serve the Lord." Jos 24:15. He likes learning the piano, cycling ,and slow cooking on the grill. One of his proudest accomplishments is finishing his undergraduate while working full-time.

Fr. Paul says if he were going to be a patron saint, it would be of guys most unlikely to become priests. His favorite scripture is: "The LORD himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged." -Dt. 31 His pet peeve: kettle corn.

Carolina says: "I survived raising four kids, which just really means I can be super patient and fun! Jesus is my number one, I love my kids ( and other people's kids), I love my dog, I love my job helping momma's facing unplanned pregnancy, you'll see me at 5pm Mass ushering, and Adoration is my go-to for a one-on-one with the King!

Chris doesn't even need a bio because who wouldn't want to be friends with this guy? But seriously, he is obsessed with walking 10K steps per day, never taking naps, and pistachio gelato. His favorite scripture is: Isaiah 41:10 "Do not fear; I am with you; do not be anxious: I am your God. I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my victorious right hand." His favorite breakfast food is cold pizza.

Tricia loves to travel with her family, play tennis and eat all of the chocolate! She learned to embrace her favorite saying when she had the honor of being a military spouse “bloom where you are planted”. She gets super excited helping others recognize and celebrate their gifts. Tricia says, "BTW none of my gifts involve the ability to carry a tune or move to the actual beat of music."

Parker was quite the high school athlete, having one soccer MVP and football offensive lineman of the year in the same year. Whatever he does, he does it whole heartedly. He is passionate about sports, trivia (he is the author of SPC Trivia Night) and fatherhood. His favorite scripture is Mt 23:12, "those who exalt themselves will be humbled and those that humble themselves will be exalted."

As a kid, Jim wanted to be a train engineer. Although he doesn't drive trains, he is an engineer and builds steam and power plants. He enjoys golf, college football, and learning about Civil War and WW2 history. He is passionate about his family, faith, and the pro-life cause. His favorite scripture: "If God is for us, who can be against us?" Rom 8:31

Cathy was an ambitious girl as a child. She wanted to be a priest, doctor, astronaut, or engineer. She ended up as an engineer. She is the mother of four daughters. She likes to try new things, help others, and watch British detective shows. Her go to breakfast is steel cut oats with fruit. Her go to scripture is: "Be with me Lord when I am in trouble." Psalm 91

Roshini says she is blessed with a wonderful family and friends. She was a rebel as a teenager and is glad her mom kept her. Her favorite quote and scripture are inspired by her favorite game, basketball. "You only miss the shots you don't take." and "We walk by faith, not by sight." 2Cor 5:7 She says: "I would love to have my kids and all the kids I teach love Jesus and Mother Mary more. If even one of them remembers to say a Hail Mary or turns to prayer when they are in need of assurance or guidance, I have succeeded."

If Laurie were the patron saint of something it would be animals and ITALY! In fact, she's been there five times. She says: "Every time I see deer around the BT campus, I feel like that is God reminding me He is nearby. She sounds like the real patron saint of Italy, St. Francis of Assisi. She is the mom of two awesome kids and loves to share her faith. Her go to scripture is: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." Prov 3:5-6

Matt says he would be the patron saint of wearing sandals in winter. If you see him at the gas pump, make sure you pull forward all the way, because that's his top pet peeve. As a child he dreamed of being a Ninja Turtle and today on core team, he is living that reality. He is passionate about his family, Catholic faith, and bacon!

Brian says, "I wasn't always religious, but Jesus found me through my loving wife. Today, I recognize that all things are possible with God on my side." He is a DAWGS fan and considers himself a french fry connoisseur. He says: "God blessed me with 3 boys which provide endless JOY in my life. My goal is getting into heaven, and the legacy I want to leave behind is the love of my Catholic faith."

Caroline has been a parishioner at St. Peter Chanel since 2003. She's married to her college sweetheart, Travis, and they have two daughters. Many of her favorite activities take place outdoors, including, going for walks, biking, travelling and working in the garden. She enjoys helping others at work, as a pharmacist, and as a volunteer for SPCYM. She taught 4th and 5th grade PSR pre-covid and looks forward to being back with the kids discovering our faith together.
