Jesus Setting the World on Fire

Thursday Evenings from 7:00 to 8:30 in Room 6&7 starting January 11, 2024.

Join us for an eight-week study into the person and activity of the Holy Spirit as taught and modeled by Jesus during his public ministry.

Accompany us on this biblical adventure as we follow Jesus as he sets the world on fire with love of God his Father and neighbor as he teaches, heals, delivers, and forgives during his ministry missions.

Let us ask that the Holy Spirit to set us on fire as we seek to be formed into the image and likeness of Jesus and to prepare us to follow him as we take up our own cross.

This Bible study is facilitated by Melissa Hernandez.

• 2/8/2024 - Living Waters of the Holy Spirit: Woman at the Well (Exodus 17:1-6; John 4:1-30; 39-42, John 7:37-39)
• 2/15/2024 – Mission of Jesus and Our Mission (1 Kings 17:1-24, Isaiah 61:1-3, Luke 4:14-30; Matthew 25:32-46)
• 2/22/2024 – Jesus’ Galilean Ministry and Rejoicing in the Spirit (Luke 4:14-15; Luke 4:31-44; Luke 5:1-26, Luke 9:1-6; Luke 10:1-12, 17-22)
• 2/29/2024 – Jesus on Trial for Truth (John 8:31-59; John 18:28-38; John 18:39 - 19:16)
