Mary Wethern

A true, southern girl born in Alabama and raised from the age of 4 in the Atlanta area, I am proud to call Georgia home. My husband and I are high school sweethearts having graduated from St. Pius X and the University of Georgia, GO DAWGS! We have 3 adult children and 4 precious grandsons. St. Peter Chanel holds a special place in our hearts as we are one of the original 7 families to join the parish. I taught elementary school for many years, primarily dyslexic children. I’ve been employed as Event Coordinator since 2021. I love working with the staff and parishioners as we plan and coordinate the many events that take place. In my free time, I spend time with family, garden, read, travel and cheer for the Georgia Bulldogs!
