Thank you for stepping forward and answering God's call to serving His people. It is so exciting to see how God works through His people, here at St. Peter Chanel, and the surrounding community, to bring Good News. Stories upon stories of people receiving help, growing in their relationship with Jesus, feeling heard and being seen - all ecompases "Reflecting His love and mercy". As part of being on our greater team of volunteers from St. Peter Chanel we invite you into a collaborative effort to ensure we provide a safe and welcoming environment for all God's people - and being equipped to navigate uncomfortable situations that could arise as you carry out ministry. The good news is, we're here for you, and in this together - so please don't hesitate to reach out or ask any questions!

  1. Attend a 3 hour VIRTUS Protecting God's Children in-person training session prior to volunteering.
  2. Pass a Sterling background check (online) prior to volunteering.
